For all you Browncoats out there a a couple of bumperstickers for your vehicle and some builders plaques for your own interstellar projects.

Also a couple of nouveau classic SF figures - The Stargate SG-1 Teal'c Animated Maquette and the BSG Little Frakkin' Toasters Classic Chrome Centurion.



Coming in July we will start to carry the Munchkin line of games in the shop, 9 of the base sets to start and we will add the expansions and accesories over time.

Terminator Series One includes the "Pescadero Escape T-800", "T-800 Endoskeleton" and the "Man or Machine T-800".


Terminator Series Two includes the "Police Assault T-800", "Damaged Tech Noir T-800" and the "Steel Mill T-1000".

Also in today , the first of the Square Enix - Play Arts KAI figures that we are getting in, the Batman Arkham Asylum Joker. It is an absolutely beautiful figure and I had to take this quick pic with my cell-phone to prove it. The sculpt, articulation, paint-job and packaging are top-notch. I'm only getting a few of these in because they cost a little more that the average figure but the rest are going to be totally worth it. These figures are a severely limited Japanese import. Get them before they are gone, if pre-orders sell out I may be able to get more.

Now representing Quantum Mechanix

I have some great news, while we are waiting to hear about ASPHD allotments from NECA.

Cool-Toys.ca now represents Quantum Mechanix (QMx) and their wonderful lines. Firefly/Serenity, Battlestar Galactica, Dr. Horrible's sing-a-long blog, Star Trek, Stargate, Doctor Who, The Guild, Warehouse 13 and Super 8. From the amazing Firefly and Viper keychains to the completely accurate Official Replica T-shirts to the simply stunning Artisan replicas.

We are starting with their fantastic line of t-shirts representing Firefly/Serenity, Dr.Horrible and Warehouse 13.


We are also taking pre-orders for the Firefly and Viper Keychains and the BSG Coaster set.


Over the next few months we will be adding more items such as the varied line of Serenity/Firefly stickers and various posters and other items from the different licenses.


And most amazingly of all, later this year we will has access to the breathtaking Artisan replica line. Museum quality replicas of the USS Enterprise (re-fit and 2009 versions), the Mark II Viper and Serenity - The Big Damn Replica.





And not to forget our regular stock we have a few new items in and arriving soon. Including the Mockingjay Pins from the smash hit film The Hunger Games and a limited number of Japanese import Square Enix/Play Arts Kai 9" action figures. These figures are amazingly detailed, larger than your average action figure, extremely collectable and guaranteed to go fast.

The Portal Device is official and more of the Walking Dead

Here it is kids, I have confirmed my pre-orders and pricing - The Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device Replica will be available at some point in May (manufacturer estimate) and will cost $139.95 CAD.

The Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device (ASHPD) can now be yours! Life size 1:1 scale replica measures nearly 30-inches in length. It features both orange and blue LED lights and unique sounds that correspond to each color. A 3 way switch allows you to select blue, orange or off and when you pull the trigger you activate the "firing" and sound. Requires 3x "C" batteries, not included.

In addition to the Walking Dead Comic series 1 figures we just received (Officer Rick Grimes, Michonne, Zombie Lurker, Zombie Roamer) we will be getting series 1 of the Walking Dead TV figures this week.


Very accurate figures of Deputy Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon created with 3D scans of the actors Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus. There is a Biter Zombie and a Walker Zombie, that actually walks. I may even have one or two Bloody B&W Rick Grimes variants.

I only have one of the exclusive SDCC Walking Dead Deer Eating Zombie mini-busts left in stock but we are finally able to get the Bicycle Girl Zombie mini-bust and the Tank Zombie mini-bust to complete your set.

I have some good news, I have added a new supplier and I am once again able to carry McFarlane Toys and a few other manufacturers that I could not get before. The first shipment arrives tomorrow and I am happy to announce that it includes Series 1 of the Walking Dead (Comic) figures.



Also arriving are some items that I have been trying to get for quite a while. Dexter action figures.
